How forklifts cool down and prevent heat

1: Petrol and lubricating oil everywhere needs to be replaced with summer oil,
and the amount of oil is appropriate.
Always check for oil leaks, especially fuel,
which should be replenished in a timely manner.

2: The battery fluid needs to be replenished in a timely manner,
the charging current properly reduced, the circuit joints need to be firm and reliable,
the aging wiring needs to be replaced,
and the fuse capacity needs to meet the requirements for safe use.
The device should be equipped with a fire extinguisher at random.

3: Keep the device in a cool place as much as possible to avoid sun exposure.
Lower the tire pressure appropriately and be wary of punctures.

4: Be aware of damage to equipment from rain and dust,
and it is best to replace various filter elements regularly.
The radiator of the hydraulic system should be cleaned regularly
so that it can maintain good heat dissipation. Avoid overloading for long periods of time.
Overheating of brakes, etc, water cooling is strictly prohibited.

5: Check whether the steel structure, transmission box,
ans axle components of the equipment are flesible and whether there are fine
cracks to prevent the damage from increasing due to high temperature in summer,
and remove embroidery, repair and paint the rust in time
to avoid excessive rain in summer, resulting in aggravation of rust.

Forklift equipment maintenance,
especially in the high-temperature summer environment,
should follow the principles of timeliness,
soundness and comprehensiveness to improve equipment performance a
nd adapt to the high temperatures and working conditions outside.
Track and manage devices, grasp the performance dynamics of devices in a timely manner,
and formulate specific measures for different devices when specific operations occur.
