What’s the radius of the 5.5t electric forklift?
Thanks to this smaller vehicle size and wheelbase design, our FLIFT 5.5t battery forklift turning radius only2755mm.
Can working in the narrow space and warehouse. Extended the working ciscumstance for the heavy duty 5.5t electric forklift series.

In addition, the 5.5t electric owns the strong gradeability, can reach the 15%. This proved that our 5.5ton forklift can working in the warehouse and ourdoor.
For example, we use the forklift unload the goods from the truck, then can directly drive into the warehouse, if from the ground to the warehhuse has the ramp,
our fprklift can easily climbs the ramp then drive into the warehouse to stack the goods.      

Could i know the driving motor power of this 5ton forklift?
Good question, the one unit of driving motor power is 9.1kw. We individually installed one set of 9.1kw motor for each front wheel.
So we totally have the 2 units of driving motors in the 5.5t electric forklift, namely the total power is 18.2kw.
This dual indiviaully driving motor design, enure forklfit has the stronger power and more better stability.
Moreover, more energy-efficient, imcrease the ruuning time. Improve the working efficiency.

How high can the 5.5t electric forklift can lift ? in addition, can be able to equipe with the 3 stage mast?
Our FLIFT Forklift, from 1ton -10ton series, the standard lifting height is 3000mm with 2 stage mast, the 3 stage full free mast is the customized mast which as demanded height.
For the maximum lifting height of 5.5t electric forklift series, we can reach up to 6m height. Pls be aware,
if the lifting height exceed the 5m , we strongly suggest the user to choose the 3 stage mast,Particularly when forklift lift goods or pallet up to the heighest position.
As the 3 stage full free mast owns the higher stability, can efficiently lower the rish.
Simultaneously 3 stage mast owns the more lower height which can dramatically reduce the transportation cost.

 
 
 
Does the FLIFT 5.5t electric forklift used the American CURTIS Controller?
Of course, all the FLIFT electric forklift series use the standard Curtis brand controller, moreover, the italian ZAPI is optional.

Can we add the optional fork postioner device for this forklift?
Yes, install the fork possitioner device is the regular atachmet for us, we can completely meet this.

Could i know the battery capacity of the 12000BL battery forklift?
We standard battery capacity is 80v/700ah, the more bigger 800ah battery capacity is optional.

Our FLIFT 5.5T Electric forklift series service weight is 7800kg, standard 700ah battery capacity with the 2 stage 3m mast and 1520mm fork.
But if choose bigger 800ah battery capacity. The wieght will increase to 8200kg.

Regarding to install the dual front tires issue, we regret that. The most important point is that we adopt the dual driving motors design which owns more stonger power and stability.
Due to the two driving wheels individually equips with one motor unit. So we couldn’t be able to meet this requirement.

Can u install the enclosed cabin and heater for the electric forklift?
Yes, no problem, we support the curomization service. The heater and enclosed cabinet can efficiently protect the dirver safety and increase comfortable.
Especially working outside or in the refrigeration storage. This is an very humalization and friendly configuration.
