What’s the forkift rotator attachment?

A forklift rotator attachment is a hydraulic device installed on the front carriage that enables its operator to spin forks or load-holding attachments up to 360 degrees,
providing for greater maneuverability when working with these machines.

Rotators are commonly employed when working environments require controlled dumping, inverting, or repositioning of materials. Industries such as recycling, food processing, agriculture, waste management, manufacturing and more rely on this attachment because it enables operators to empty bins faster, rotate containers more safely or manage irregular loads more safely than with a standard fork carriage.

Technically, rotators are powered by an additional hydraulic function on forklifts that activates when activated to rotate their frame around.
When engaged, this mechanism ensures smooth and stable movement even under full load for spillage prevention, product damage avoidance or operational hazards mitigation.

Simply stated, forklift rotator attachments enhance a forklift's capabilities beyond simply lifting and carrying materials.
They enable rotational handling of materials to increase productivity and decrease manual labor in applications where loads must be tipped over or reoriented - improving both productivity and reducing manual labor requirements in such operations.

What’s the battery capacity of your 2.5t electric forklift? and How long can the forklift working after an fully charging?

In general, our standard battery capacity is 48v/300ah, only meet 5 hours running time, but the 500ah is optional, can completely meet the 8-10 hours constantly.
The standard battery type is lead -acid, the lithium iron battery is optional. If choose the lithium iron battery, the charging time will be reduced by half.

In addition, for the mast lifting height, we also support the 3 stage full free mast with the 5m lifting height. The standard mast is 2 stage 3m.

For example, if we select the 3 statge 5m mast, how weight can the 2.5t electric forklift lift maximally at the 5m height？
At the 5m height, our 2.5t electric forklift maximally lift 350kg.

If we equip with the rotator attachment, how weight can the forklift lift at the 5m height too?

The maximally load capacity only 180kg.

 Could i know the Motor power and type?  Do u use the AC motor?
Yes, for the drive motor type we use the AC motor with 7.5kw power. We also support the more bigger power motor.
Bigger drive motor can break out higher power and enbable the electric forklift drving speed more faster.
Simultaneously enhance the gradeability, the normal gradeability is 15%, such as use the 10kw motor , can reach to 20% gradeability.

What’s the type of your FLIFT 2.5ton electric forklift  tire?
Our standard tire type is pneumatic, we support the traditional solid tires and the customized no-marking solid tires.
