7000lbs LPG forklift truck series with 3 stage 5.5m mast configurations as below.

1: Power type: LPG Powered Forklift.

2: Engine brand: American GM PSI 2.4

3: Mast type: 3 stage mast,  lifting height: 5500mm.

4: Selected the customized dual front tires.

Tire type: Pneumatic tire.  Tire model: 28x9-15

5: Customized forklift appearance color, industrial yellow and grey. As well as the welded Logo on the forklift’s mast and rear couterweight, ensuring brand visibility and durability.
The customized color scheme enhances safety by improving visibility in low-light environments,
while the welded logo provides a professional, permanent branding solution resistant to wear and corrosion under heavy industrial use.

6: Fork Length: 1250mm.

7: LED Head light and Warning Light and reverse warning.

Advantges of Dual Front Tires

Higher Load Capacity & Stability,

Dual tires distribute the forklift’s load across a larger surface area, reducing ground pressure.
This allows the forklift to safely handle heavier loads and maintain better balance, especially at high lifting heights.

Better Side Stability and Safety,

The wider stance reduces the risk of tipping sideways when carrying wide or unbalanced loads, increase the safety.
Commonly chosen for forklifts that work with heavy pallets, containers, or long materials.

Disadvantages of Dual Front Tires

Larger Turning Radius,

The wider stance makes the forklift less maneuverable.

Dual-tire forklifts need more space to turn, which is a drawback in narrow aisles or tight warehouses.Unsuitable for Narrow Aisle Operations.

Higher Purchase Cost,

Dual tire sets mean double the tires to buy, maintain, and replace.Also increases the forklift’s overall purchase price.

Dual front tires are best for outdoor, heavy-duty, and uneven ground operations, where load stability and traction matter more than maneuverability.
But if the forklift mainly works indoors in narrow warehouse aisles, a single-tire configuration is usually the better choice.

 What's the turning radius of the 3.5t LPG forklift truck with dual front tires?
The 3.5t forklift standard turning radius is 2600mm, after installed the dual front tirs, The turning radius increase to 2715mm.
