At the beginning of 2023, our Indonesian client first time to purchse the paper roll forklfit from our FLIFT Forklift. This client appointed us to use the well- known Cascade brand paper roll clamp which owns the ultra high quality and stability. We only spend 25 working days to finished the production. And showcased all the functions for client, as well as strictly tested the whole working performance. Got the compliement from our client.

In November this year, this client ordered 2 units paper roll clamp from our FLIFT Forklift again, as same configurations as last order. We sincerely appreciate the trust and support.  
Regarding to the constainer type, we will use the 40HC container to ship the two paper roll trucks.


Why don’t u use the 40GP to ship the paper reel clamp forklift?

Firstly i also want ask a question too, do u know the stationary hight of  this paper roll clamp diesel forklift?
As this diesel forklift equip with 3 stage 5m mast,  the mast lowered height is 2305mm, exceed the container door frame height, so the40HC is the most appropriate approach.

The client chose customized dual front tires primarily due to high load requirements and safety considerations when operating a paper roll clamp forklift at elevated lifting heights.

In this application, the customer required.
Paper roll clamp rated capacity: 2000 kg. Required load at 5-meter lifting height: ≥ 1700 k
However, the paper roll clamp itself weighs 630 kg.

When combined with the actual paper roll load:
1700 kg (paper roll clamp load capacity),
+ 630 kg (clamp self-weight).

So total effective lifting load ≈ 2330–2400 kg at 5 meters.
